Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale clone

I have done a different clone, but I’ll try this one next.

OG = 1.064 FG = 1.014 IBU = 60 SRM = 12 ABV = 6.4%

Ingredients

  • 11.5# 2-row
  • 1# crystal (35 L)
  • 0.5# Carapils
  • 11 AAU Chinook (60 mins) (1 oz. 11%)
  • 8.5 AAU Cascade (30 min) (1.7 oz. 5%)
  • 0.66 oz. Cascade (dry hop)
  • 0.66 oz. Centennial (dry hop)
  • 1 tsp. Irish moss (15 min)
  • Wyeast 1056 (American Ale) or WLP001 (California Ale) yeast
  • 0.75 cups corn sugar (for priming)

Step by Step

Mash at 156 F for 60 minutes. Boil wort for 90 minutes, adding hops as indicated in the recipe. Ferment at 66 F. Dry hop for 5 days at 60 F.
